HIGH TEA
I love to plan a party. Not a big one, just a gathering, to me it beats dining out where trying to talk to everyone is almost impossible. No. Leave the outings for couple-time and plan your gatherings at home.
I’m not the most gifted of cooks but I can throw together some Scones with Jam and Cream and Club Sandwiches aren’t exactly difficult. Coffee and Tea or perhaps a Gin and Tonic, either or, its a High Tea to be proud of.
I enjoy adding a bit of vintage to my décor and these pretty plates will bring smiles of delight. Pick some flowers and create a flat-lay any stylist or photographer would be proud of.
You will find your guests spend a little time choosing theirs; you have created a little piece of individuality, a memory they will share, no doubt on instagram, and treasure, no doubt on facebook!
And if you think your little garden has nothing to offer try a roadside forage, this little posy I gathered is a pretty as a picture.
I am thinking this is perfect for a Mothers Day family gathering…
But that definitely calls for a G & T!
