Creme and Caramel with a hint of Copper
CREME AND CARAMEL WITH A HINT OF COPPER Inevitably the seasons change and as they do they bring with them new colours and feelings. When Summer leaves, its cool whites and bright primary colours give way to the beige, caramel, russets and coppers of Autumn. Next comes Winter with its cool greys and blacks, darkest of greens and moody blues with rich golds sometimes making a surprise appearance in the mix. A Perfect Day
I’ve found the perfect calendar. Fashion Design is essentially a sister to Interior Design. And many a fashion label is moving into interiors. I love this look, a book shelf that’s not really a bookshelf. Some books are just too beautiful to hide. The shelves are just deep enough for some little trinkets to join your books. I purchased mine from Akia. There is a smaller option if you have a tight space or want to mix up your sizes a bit. You can even paint them to match your wall colour. Perfect! We all have a favourite thing that happens seasonally in our gardens and the best thing about Summer at My Little House is the plum tree! Seriously the best plums EVER! Trouble is there is way too many all at once, so what to do… SO, I’ve made Plum Cake, Stewed Plums, Preserved Plums, Plum Jam, (do you know how much sugar goes into jam?!), and of course delivered a few bags around the neighbourhood!
