Well this time we knew what we were doing, or so we thought. Our plans had flown through council and we were underway, it could only be a good omen signing up with the construction company on our anniversary couldn’t it? Hhhhmmm well just a couple days in and I ended up in hospital, oh joy, a week in there and where to go to recover – home – well I did and it was awful, coping with post op pain and all the destruction/construction happening around me. There were many tears! But all in all it was less of an upheaval than the one before due to the nature of the addition.
We added a new living space and a large master bedroom using the existing small bedroom we created a hallway and ensuite.

Yes it was worth it, but the work never ends does it theres planting and landscaping, fencing, furniture, curtains and accessories… the list goes on and on and on!
